Wise Body Foundations is a 10-week group that focuses on the first and most essential pillar of the work:

Nervous system safety and capacity

Before changing eating patterns, we work with what’s underneath:

  • survival responses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn)
  • overwhelm and emotional flooding
  • shutdown, numbness, or urgency
  • the body’s need for regulation before choice becomes available

This program is not about fixing food.
It’s about creating the conditions where food no longer has to do so much work.

My name is Nadine Jans, and I am a registered clinical counsellor in BC, Canada, a psychologist in the Netherlands and a trained eating disorders therapist.
