My name is Nadine Jans, and I am a registered clinical counsellor in BC, Canada and a trained eating disorders therapist.Â
IÂ struggled with depression, shame, guilt, anxiety, anger and emotional eating myself, so I deeply understand what it is like to struggle in life.

Through intense professional training and personal experience, I discovered powerful and effective tools, insights, and strategies that are part of my work and programs.
